I've gradually been getting more points for my teams the last 3 years. Didn't shoot anything in 2018, got a doe in 2019, and now two 50pt entries! Gotta start somewhere!

Do you understand why I'm not running the contest anymore?

It's rumored that some team has broken the 1300 point barrier. I heard they mailed in a bunch of extra points and some of them even scored twice.

It's not what you score but who you have counting

    I just volunteered to help.

I never said I could count.

Also, since I can’t count I use a Dominion calculator.

    It really comes in handy.

Man.....the chirping and mud slinging sure has slowed down over here....always seems to be that silent and well oiled wheel that does it best.

Team 11 has a doe down from New Year's day that has not been posted to the score card despite me PM'ing the team mate. I would have to put down 200+ points with that doe for us to overcome team 12. Possible, but not likely this close to the end of the contest. Not even sure I will get out again with my bow this year. My MIL is having some serious health problems due to complications with an emergency surgery she had over Thanksgiving weekend. My wife is having to do a lot to care for her right now which leaves me with the kids on the weekend.

    Tynimiller,
I think the rest of them see the writing on the wall. Team 12 just can’t be beat

    Adam,

What weekend did you say you might be able to make it to Wattensaw for a day? Is it this coming weekend or next weekend?

I am off Monday for MLK day so I have a three day weekend this coming weekend. The plan is to hunt at some point during that weekend. The exact day is still TBD. I can probably hunt the following weekend if I do not make it out this weekend. My MIL's health and needing to get work done on my jeep may play a role in determining it. I may have to have my jeep in the shop on Monday since I am off that day. Still trying to figure those details out.

I just found out that my youngest son is going to be here this Sunday for a visit. He's in the Air Force also and he's stationed at Mountain Home AFB in Idaho, so I haven't seen him in about two years.

I won't be able to make it to Wattensaw this weekend, but my son is only going to be here a few days, so if you can make a day next weekend work we will do that. I'll even take you to the spot where I was going to move to next time I went. :tu:

Are we officially final on scores?

I'm not sure Team 5 has anyone hunting still so think we are done.
