    I couldn't stand it and had to go for a quick shed hunt after work. Right before I was starting to leave I found one! Then when I walked over, I was surprised with a match set! Definitely made for a great evening! [​IMG][​IMG]

    Went in looking for a specific bucks Sheds and was lucky enough to find his left side in Iowa. This is the same buck i hunted during late muzzleloader.

    I am all but done here at home, unless I can get into one new spot I have been eyeing.

    I am trying to get back to Iowa next weekend again. Hopefully will get into a couple more sheds there. Last time the mission was to cover as many different pieces of land that I could. This time focusing on 3 of the pieces that I liked best.

    I wish I lived closer to Iowa. I have enough points to draw, but have zero time to go there and scout. I will probably be holding off another year in hopes of getting some actual boots on the ground. What year are you trying to hunt ?

    I will have enough points to draw this year. I haven't decided to try for this year or wait until next year though. It's about a 10 hour drive to where I am going. It's nice gaining an hour on the way there crossing into the central time zone, but sucks losing an hour driving home!

    10 hours is not to bad, makes for a good 1 day drive. I think it's about 16 hours for me. The place I want to go is right on the border of zone 4 and 5. I got a free place to stay there, just got to start doing research on the public that is close to it. I drove to Colorado this year and think I went through 2 times zones, which was nice! But that drive home sucked! Lol
