Check those grassy drainage spots going thru crop fields. It's were I found both mine this morning. All of them were loaded with deer poop. So that's were they have been feeding for me. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

Found #6 today. Didn't get to go as long as wanted too but checked one the wheat fields and found this one. Bunch of small ones this year but haven't really put in alot of miles walking so hopefully they're still out there. Gonna try this weekend if doesn't rain a bunch. Good eye's! That's one thing in all these years I have yet to find, a true spike. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
That big one looks like a good one! Funny how the smaller one looks like it's mini version. Any history with that buck? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
He only way I can tell that it is a different buck is where the antlers connects with the scull. The big one have a sharp angle. Great finds though. I will try to get out this next week to shed hunt. Most of mine are still carrying both sides. Sent from my Z971 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I have a lot of history with the bigger one. Never saw him on the hoof but a lot of trail cam pics of him.
That's cool, building history with that deer. I'd say it's time to come up with a plan to shoot him next year! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
So far been walking for bout a hour and nothing yet except a wet foot ha. Just realized rubber boots got hole in them so will be having to get new pair pretty quick since wear them for work too. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
I'm not, kind of wish I did. Would be interesting to see what the ratio of miles VS sheds. Also mark locations for future reference. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I always keep a mental note of where I walked and then when I get home make a track on google earth and always get me pretty close but will always under shoot the total since a guy is zig zagging the whole time. I would love to have actual miles but wasn't sure what app to use that doesn't kill my battery or my data.
