He was 'suaded by the media hype. Hell, Bengals have the 1st pick locked up. They may play to win next week as well putting the Browns at 6-10. Division favorites, have to be put in with Superbowl contender conversations. OBJ has turned the Browns into serious contenders. Nevermind the fact, that at the end of the day, they were talking about the "Cleveland Browns". Wonder where OBJ plays next year? Ben could make him famous again.....
On a side note, with Hodges getting benched, then Rudolph getting knocked out with a shoulder injury only to be replaced by Hodges will the Steelers make a move? I'm thinking they try to get Dobbs back from J'ville in a last ditch effort to make the playoffs or avoid a losing season. They won't go anywhere in the playoffs regardless, think it will be a pride move if they do.
He and Rudolph are both good QB's, they just weren't prepped and groomed to take over this early in their carreers. I was a huge Rudolph advocate, still am in a way, but never thought he would be given control so early on. I really do not care for Fichtner, I think he may have been OK for Roethlisberger but he's definitely not a play to strength coordinator IMO. Defense didn't really show up today either, but I can imagine they are tired after such a grueling season. I hope Pouncey didn't tear a ligament, could be carreer ending if so and could be a determining factor whether Ben returns next year. A lot of injuries today.
The Packers will make it either one of the greatest Christmas of all time or absolutely destroy the holiday.
Now I am getting text and email from team trump FYI if the Vikings win tonight I get 400.00, so it must be a signed for team trump if the vikings win
Should not say destroy the holiday the Packers will still win the division but the # 2 seed would be substantial.
