You may have missed the other upgrades that were done before the draft.

The coaching change may have a bigger impact in GB than most people will give credit for. I'm not saying MM was the reason for the downfall as of late, but a coaching change usually comes with new strategies which makes it harder for other teams to game plan against. I think GB will be better this year and the Vikings I'm guessing will be around .500.... I think the Bears are the real contenders in that division.

You can name a few coaches that came in with no head coaching experience and were great right away...you can name WAY MORE that sucked. More players that have left the team have bad mouthed Rodgers than any other top 10 QB probably combined.

Have you noted the female dogs that were popping off? Ryan Grant? child please, oh and the other DB that left to go to the vikings and was never a factor again. Let me ask you do you want a QB that is everybody's buddy? Or a super talented QB that demands that other players do their best to un F themselves and play to the best of their abilities on every play?

Change a few names in there, but this is what I have been saying about the Steelers and Roethlisberger.

Granted Rodgers beat Ben head to head in a SB, but Ben still has 2 rings. Not comparing the two aside from that, just stating that your defending of Rodgers is the same thing I state for Roethlisberger after losing Brown and Bell. Shazier has been our biggest loss of the past 5 seasons.

I'm willing to bet none of those coaches had Aaron Rogers as quarterback either.

I agree with this. As a Cowboys fan I loved playing against Kirk Cousins. Dude could put up 500 yards and still lose every time. His record in prime time games and against teams with a winning record is hideous. The Vikings really lost out on that deal. Aaron Rodgers gets the most out of his guys. Every receiver on that team at some point has turned into +1000 yard receivers - Cobb, Adams, Nelson....

I actually enjoy people discounting Aaron and the Packers chances next season.

As a Cowboys fan I have seen firsthand how dangerous AR can be. He has to be the most physically gifted quarterback I've ever seen. He can take just about any receiver in the league and turn them into a dangerous downfield threat.

Not always if you don't run the right route or drop the ball you are dead to him.

He just tries to get the best out of his teammates. Not saying I agree with the way he does it, but he's there to win and makes that clear.

One of those rings is because video replay was not apart of the game in 2005 to recall the touchdown that wasn't in the first quarter against the Seahawks. That game played in the era of video replay and that ring is gone.

A missed call this year with next years rules and the Saints could be the reigning champs.

What-ifs are a nice argument tool but do not change anything.

So I'll play along, even though I am unsure of the exact circumstance you are referencing, but what-ifs are great for speculations.

What if what you say occured, was indeed reviewed and overturned. Would that not then change the game plan of bith teams and possibly ended in the same result. Playing without that score would only emphasize the need to have that score back therefore gameplan would change.

We could go back to pre tuck rule and take a ring from Brady as well.

If it was the last play of the game in the final second, sure I can see the case, but you're talking 1st quarter with 3+ to play.

I absolutely hate the games played in other countries. It deprives one of the teams of a true home field advantage and both teams on travel.

Football elsewhere is soccer, NFL is American and needs to be played here, I hope season ticket holders are reimbursed 1/8 of their price when their team loses that home game.

Rosthelsburgwr got credit for a touchdown where only his head and shoulders crossed the goal line, not the ball. It was clear and replay that the ball was a half yard short and never crossed. And I agree with you about the Saints. Worst ever non call on PI.
