Congrats on a great buck. Too bad you didn't get to use the meat.

    Blessings...........Pastorjim

Overall not a bad job, but a few areas that could be improved:
    • You started off strong with footage - walking in, interview in the tree, etc.
    • Would have liked to see more after the shot footage. Finding the arrow - what did it look like? What were you feeling after the shot? How as the blood trail the following morning? What were you feeling as you tracked the deer, then as you recovered it? Give us some updates as you progress along the trail. The story lacked that piece, which is probably the most intriguing/captivating part.
    • Start using lighted nocks. Every person who films hunts should be doing this. Viewers want to see the shot at all costs.
    • Use your 2nd angle camera in the tree. Looks like you have a GoPro or some wide angle POV camera on the walk in. Mount that in the tree once you climb up for another angle showing what you're up to where there are animals around.
    • Better recovery interview. I would have liked to have seen you with the animal - spoiled or not - instead of the mount. Personally speaking, I think interviews next to deer mounts are cheesy.
