If the Patriots get home field thru the playoffs it is over AFC champs.

Pats have to win out, Steelers, Bills, Jets and the Chiefs would have to fall to Seattle in Seattle next weekend as they close the season hosting the Raiders.

It is possible as the Pats beat them and hold the head to head tie breaker. Closing with back to back division games isn't easy for any team, but certainly looks doable. Jets and Bills will be playing for the spoil so anticipate close games.

People ask me who I would hire to coach the Packers, Bill would be my choice give him half the franchise and 2 streets named after him.

Bill is a huge football historian, perfect fit for him there. And the Patriots will be stuck with Josh McDaniels and an old Tom Brady with a broken Gronk. Mediocrity is on the horizon.

I've been thinking about this for a long time, where Bill would go, and I always thought he'd go to GB some how some way. I never said it before because I knew I would get laughed at.

Kraft stepped in and said NO to getting rid of Brady or Gronk. Bill wanted Jimmy G to take over this season. Bill was pissed so he traded Jimmy G for nothing to stick it to Kraft. Bill always had complete control over the team until this. It's the only way Bill rolls, with complete control. This is why McDaniels backed out of the Indy coaching job, because he knew the team (Patriots) would be his starting next season.

Stop with that talk it is making me optimistic that there is a chance I would be his campaign manager to be mayor of Green Bay as well.

Didn't some NFL genius here predict that the Browns were a playoff team before the season started?

My NFL wager of the week. Pats Steelers, Pats are favored by 2-1/2. Pats win and cover.

    Check those stats boys.

Diggs came up short but Cook made up for it. Keep the momentum going after this game.

I know the current state of my team, they suck. To believe that there is a flicker of hope as a viking fan is sad and pathetic it is yet another season of futility for the purple. Hate me for delivering the truth but sadly now there can be but one outcome.
