Not so subtle way of saying he didn’t like Jordie being released.

Will only make them better come the season. Competition is a great thing, and talking smack is a part of it (get in the other opponents head). I'm just glad we don't have stupid ass receivers not trying when they are trying to make the team, etc.

I just don't get the stupidity of celebrating a TD in practice, throwing the ball into the stands etc.

You don't get a lot of things, and that's ok.

Nick Easton likely out for season. Vikings are screwed.

Granted I have not coached in the pros, I did play high school, 1 season of JC ball and coached 8 years and have never seen a TD celebrated during a practice, yeah I am way out of line.

I just don't get a TD dance/celebration period. Game's f'ing long enough as it is for about 12 minutes of actual game play. Whatever happened to the "make a TD, run past the ref and toss him the ball"? Keeps the game going. Way things are going, NFL games are going to rival baseball for how long the are.

Nothing new. They do it to themselves every year. Only variable is if they want to gag on the D or take it in the keister. I wonder if they flip a coin before each game on what to do?

I didn't mention a thing about celebrating during practice... Not sure where you got that from?

I was talking about them jaw jacking with one another.

That is why they were jaw jacking because of d-bag behavior.

100% agree! But a new contract needs to be agreed upon first or no deal!

Can they do sign and trades in the NFL? Can the Packers come to terms before he is traded?

Mack wants a new contract before he reports to a team. The Raiders would need to give permission to Green Bay to negotiate a contract prior to a trade. I don’t think sign and trades happen in the NFL because once a player signs the contract that $$ gets applied to that teams salary cap immediately. NFL has a hard cap while NBA having a soft cap is the difference. (If I understand it correctly?)

Germ, I don't have to go to a website to know why the lions suck. Stick with soccer you have the perfect build for it.

"The coach is a dumbass. The town is a wasteland. The fans think they literally own him."

.... that last sentence reminds me of someone here. :poke: This article is always funny to read every year (for all teams).

I can say the coach is a dumbass not an outsider. If you are a lions fan or a viking fan you can not call a super bowl winning coach a dumbass because well what would that make your coach? Oh and I don't want to hear about Patrica either he has won zero games as a head coach.
