I am moving my river boat to Florida in June, I really like fishing the near shore bays in the Gulf of Mexico.

My friend fixed the walleye I caught on my honeymoon he put a new head on it and still has some painting to do but it will look better than when it was originally done 27 years ago.

Caught a few slabs yesterday, ended up with about 4lbs of filets. Basket was early on, didn't get final tally, was whooped when i got home to clean them

We might legitimately be able to icefish on opener this year.

The extended forecast looks good to get that ice melting. In your neck of the woods I wouldn't doubt you will be able to ice fish though.

Got an early spring limit of walleye on the Detroit river and managed to pick up a steelhead as well.

Not a fish, but just as, if not more, tasty.

Son and I went out on the kayaks the other day. Water is still cold but we still ended up catching 6 largemouth between us on plastic worms. Temps are rising hard this week and I expect them to be hitting good soon.
