    Reason #1938 I don’t like gun hunting. My dad and my uncle both lost deer this weekend where I hunt. Both took shots they shouldn’t have because they feel like they are able to do anything they want with a gun. 2.5 yr old buck and my uncle wasn’t even sure what the hell he shot

    So the farmer decided to chisel plow the corn the last two years it’s been in the field. Personally I think the hunting is going to be god awful since they did that. Anybody have prior experience hunting a chisel plowed field?

    no. I wouldn't think the deer would be feeding in it. find the next closest food source.

    Never had good luck with it, but there is usually a better food source nearby for me that is preferred by the deer.

    Bad pic, but this was another nice buck with a doe on lockdown. That right brow is probably 10". I love my job this time of year!

    Yeah I'm going to consider that spot pretty much burnt... no food nearby now. I'm pretty upset about that I had one of my bucks I passed last year as a 3.5 yr old show up a week ago during daylight I was hoping to spend my late season chasing.
