    I just saw my first ever drop tine! Bout a 125" 3 year old. Clean 5 on the right, but the left was 3 gnarly points and a 7-8" drop. I would have filled a salvage tag if my work truck wasn't brand new.

    My #1 buck is still hanging around. Had him walking right in front of my stand 30 min. before shooting light this morning. Got a couple inches of snow on the ground and the young bucks are chasing. Wish I could hunt this afternoon but my boy has a basketball game. I’ll be out tomorrow morning in hopes of killing a buck in the snow, always wanted to track one in the snow! It’s gonna be a cold mother! 20 degrees with a 10 mph north wind but it should be good!

    Heading in shortly. Only an 8pt but he was a stud from what I could tell. I try to only shoot 4yr olds or older. I'll find out what I got once help arrives. 1.5 miles back in.

    This team is a group of killers! Good luck on the recovery TC, that's awesome you're taking your son. I think I tracked every one of my dad's deer from age 4-12. I know realize he probably found them before he came and got me, but he had me fooled. That was always the best.
