In stand for a big one. Probably won’t shoot a doe with storms around noon.

    Good luck! Game on

I'm sitting on a failed micro plot. Scrapes and rubs along the edges show recent buck activity, so I'll give it a shot. 20181028_085425.jpg

I noticed you don't sit in the tree much... with your "hops" I know you are not afraid of heights lol

I get THE WORST buck fever, but sitting in a blind controls it. It's like I'm playing a video game instead of reality. And I don't love heights...

I'm done for the day. I had a forky chasing 3 does right after sunrise and nothing else after that. Storms and high winds are rolling in.

Also, about the blinds...I'm huge and spastic in a tree, so blinds are just all-around better for me. I do have a bunch of ladder stands up too.

Got out last night and of course I had a 6 buck night. They were running around like crazy. 14 possible sits left for me, and I’ll be damned if I can’t get a doe in that time. Got to duck hunt with my dad and younger brother on Saturday. Which was a nice break from the deer grind

Is it a coincidence that Fix has a catastrophic shoulder injury 5 days before our NY crossbow season opens? Maybe, but then again maybe not...
