    Took my bucks skull to get cleaned up into a European mount last, I should get it back tomorrow. I planned on putting a tape to it after our duck opener in the morning. I had a possible stupid question for the scoring. Since it is a half rack, inside spread is obviously just the inside of his good side main beam to the farthest inside point on his nubbin side, correct?

    Also, I took my half hour lunch to go freshen up mock scrapes and checked cameras at a quality rut spot. In 7 days I had 16 different bucks hit a scrape. For me, that's pretty impressive. Including a brand new ten point who will be hitting the 140" mark. Unfortunately, I will just be trying to set my friends up on him and watching until our regular season (Nov 17).

    Okay, anybody have any idea why my deer have vanished? Nothing doing on my camera I checked today either. I saw one huge rub but other than that no other runs or scrapes. I’ve never gone this long without seeing a deer on this farm. Usually I have 4 sits a year I don’t see anything and this year it’s been about 7 sits in a row. I’m getting stressed out!
