Guys some crazy scores are being posted for bucks taken this year. Please, please don't let our team be one of the "magic tape" teams. If you don't know how to score correctly please don't guess. If you are interested PM me and I am happy to call you and walk you thru the whole process.

I have been thinking that some of the bucks posted have had the tape measures stretched some. The most recent buck posted in the scorecard thread doesn’t have great pictures but he’s got it grossing at 154.

I don't want to say it's not but the fact is it takes...allot... to get in the 150s.

I didn't want to be that guy either. I watched a bunch of videos and tried my best. I believe that I have got to be within an inch or two. I posted a picture of my son holding the antlers to give a better scale of how big he was. But I agree that some of the scores don't smell right. If the scores are close I bet the bow hunting admins will take care of the problem

Leaving work early tomorrow and taking Friday off. Big temp drop starting tomorrow so going to hit the woods. Wind not going to be great for my stands so got the climber ready in the truck.

Yeah Joe, your son holding those antlers really shows how big he is. That’s a great picture.

Last night was a good one for me. 3 bucks in total, one of them being my #1 priority. 63 yards broadside, and damn did he look good. Conditions are the same as yesterday just cooler. I plan on taking the same approach and maybe getting lucky. Good luck to everyone hunting this weekend!

These temps have me fired up! I'm sneaking out again after work. My 2 pet does at the millionaire property might be in trouble tonight...

36 degrees here today not going to get a whole lot warmer and I’m giddy I’ll be in a tree tonight about 3:45. Somebody is getting a buck down this weekend I can feel it!

Good luck tonight fellas! Like Fix said, these cooler temps are awesome! We’ve got a Halloween party tonight but I plan on being in the ground blind tomorrow and Sunday evening. Should be a great weekend! I’ve got a feeling the Thwack Pack will be spilling some blood over the next couple of days!

I'm back in the blind and putting way too much pressure on this tiny property. Here we go!

Went out yesterday. Set up and was covered in does. 7+. Also had two small spikes come in. The wind swirled and every deer in the county snorted at me the rest of the night. Crazy thing was the deer were so hungry that they would snort run 10 yards then come right back eat some acorns and corn, snort, run, and come back. It was nuts. I think the property that I'm hunting has so many deer on it that they are starving. Every deer except one doe looked too skinny. I might have to take out some of these does.
