    Anybody use a thermacell? Mosquitos in northern Illinois are worse than they have ever been before this year. I don’t want to be fighting mosquitos during early season.

    Thermacells are a lifesaver. They work great. Just not in strong winds

    I love mine! It goes to BBQs, 4th of July fireworks, etc. I get huge welts from skeeter bites, so I'm pretty anal about my bug control.

    They do have a smell to them. I'm also sensitive to smells (I swear I'm not bubble boy with all these issues), but these don't bother me. It's never been an issue with deer either.

    They make dirt scent too...I've never tried it.

    I’m real sensitive with smells too. I take your guys word for it that they work great I’m just hesitant to take it in the woods on a hunt since I’m a scent control freak
