Joey, it looks like there was a small abnormal point on the left main beam in the pictures but I didn’t see that on your score sheet? Regardless, it’s still a great buck and 120 points helps us a lot!

Yes, I have a camera full of footage from my season. I have the footage of the buck I grazed on Tuesday morning and the buck I shot on Wednesday morning. I plan on writing everything up and telling you guys the story when I can and edit all the footage together in the next week.

Just got my scentlok OZ500/bag combo in the mail today! Just in time for this weekend. This bag is huge! My almost 7yr old fits inside, I know because he climbed in but jumped out pretty quick when I threatened to zip him up in there, lol.

Do any of you guys use Ozone odor destroying products like this? What is your experience with them?

Look forward to it. It would be fun to video but I don’t think I have the will power to pack all of that in. Would be fun to make memories with the little guy.

I use the Scent Crusher unit in my homemade tote. Love it! I still get winded, but it's a lot less frequent than without it.

I’ll be in the woods tomorrow morning, bow in hand, listening to hopefully far off gun shots. Going to hunt until 2ish then have to get home. Going to see Big Daddy Weave in concert with the family. I’ve really got a good feeling about getting a shot opportunity on a shooter tomorrow...
I really kind of hope I don’t see this guy though because I don’t trust myself not to kill him. He’s an awesome deer but he’s 3 1/2 and has 160’s potential I think...
    Opinions??
He could possibly be 4 1/2 which would make that decision (if it were to present itself) much easier
Someone convince me that this deer is 4 1/2! Lol

There are times when it really gets to me. Especially if I'm carrying a tree stand or a ground blind or my son with me. The camera arm/tripod and accessories add up the weight fast. I could have shot 3 different bucks this year had I not had the camera stuff. It adds additional challenges that can be pretty frustrating. But like you said, those memories that you can capture and share with others are priceless!

Saw a button buck last night that was it. Unreal pressure around my farm I hunt right now. I need to post a map to explain how unreal this pressure is

So here’s the property I’ve hunted most of this year and had all of my encounters. The property straight north of my pin has no trees or woods on it at all. Kicked people off of it with a stand in my timber 2 years ago. Now there were 3 trucks there yesterday and I have no idea where they hunted because of the lack of locations to hunt. That’s why I do not like gun hunters. They will hunt literally anywhere they can and hunt property lines. On the north west side there’s a person hunting the quarry who also has a stand I need to go look at that’s on the property line of our draw. So, yesterday opening day of gun had about 8 people total hunting that small radius. It’s absurd. [IMG]
