    The search for the deer will commence shortly. It was last light and I'm afraid he's smaller than I originally thought but It was my decision and I'll be happy with it regardless.

    It's not good. Looked from 9-4. Had no blood, then found half of arrow. Then nothing, then blood with bubbles. Then some steady blood, stringy blood, other half of arrow with meat on it. Then a little more blood then nothing! It just stopped. Going to try an get some sleep and go back out after I wake up. Think the deer is 120-125 inch 8 pointer that I've been getting pictures of. I'm not giving up yet but I'm torn up about this. Even if I find him the meat will be ruined. With as far as we tracked him I must have only got one lung. I felt that I had to push the track job given the temperature.
