Heck of a find! Ive asked my neighbors where I live in town if they’d feel comfortable with me shooting my bow in my back yard. They said yes so I may try to build some sort of back stop in my yard just to be safe.

Dig a koi pond and use the dirt as a back drop.

Depends do you live in the country?

You can always build a carpet Target for cheap... As big as you want. You use layers of carpet sandwiched with plywood and tighten by all rod... Lasts forever and you decide the size. Carpet stores will give you all the shiz they throw out.

I live in a very rural town but I’m in city limits. I have a fenced in lot on a .25 acre lot.

You can also use a rubber horse mat and just build a stand for it. Just google archery back stop there are several YouTube videos.

My backstop is one of those 1 1/2” thick rubber mats. I think it’s like 4’x6’ and you can get them for 40-50 bucks at tractor supply. Cut a hole in 2 corners, get some rope and hang it on your privacy fence behind your target. Beats putting an arrow thru your fence! Lol

I’ve sent messages to guys who haven’t checked in. I’m just going to assume Troy is still in since he’s still on BHOD

Nice! It’s starting to warm back up here. Back in the 90’s.

My arrow setup is a lot different this year too. I’ve changed to a heavier arrow and 125 grain Broadhead. Can’t wait to lay one down.

What base layers are you guys using to keep warm and not bulk up. I’ve had the same under armor with fleece lining for I don’t know how long. They are in sad shape. Holes everywhere. Time for something new.
