    I saw that as well, there is something there but I am not going to worry about it. I've seen some pictures of deer with weird stuff on them and they turn out just fine. If I drop him this fall, I guess we will see if it was worth worrying about.

    I actually haven’t invested in them yet, partly for the price, also because I enjoy the process of checking them so much.

    We’ll find a day during the week and spend the afternoon checking 2-3 farms.

    We were on a team together last year, you are correct, it died out quite quickly. Heck, it was hot as hell too, shot my doe on Oct 14 and sweated my butt off. I'll agree, it's hard to stay motivated when the team goes silent for most of the season.
    Side note: Good job with your Youtube channel, just watched "Persistence" yesterday, nothing like hunting tough turkeys.

    Totally agree. I really enjoy the hike to my hunting area to check cams. It gives me a chance to see what trees/branches might have fallen onto my trail, so I can clear it before I hunt. I maintain the exact same route every season, so I can get to my area quietly. It's how I can get to my stand in the dark without a light.
