This is me not knowing anything about Utah... but I couldn't find any baiting regulations and was just curious what they were? I assume it is legal since you have made a video and shared it online knowing that I have had dnr up my butt about pictures and videos I've posted. Seems like the only rule against it in the book is against killing an animal and using that animal for bait. Anyways, nice muley!
