He even made the front cover of the ODOW fishing report. Pretty cool.

Buddy's and I had a good time at our annual trout tournament a couple weeks back. Ended up catching all of our target species the first morning. No money at the end but had a good time.

Got my son out fishing on a kayak for the first time last week. He loved it.

I fish most days at least in the mornings on Lake Champlain for pan fish. Unwanted catches are pretty constant and are pike, pickerel, both large and smallmouth bass as well as an occasional sheepshead, bowfin and even trout.

Lost one about same size trying to lift up a 4 ft bank. Snapped line, learned lesson when I caught this one. 18"

Fall rainbow runs have just started moving up a few rivers. Finally got my son to come out with me and we had a few great days, his first day out he got one and he was hooked. New rod, new waders and now I have a new partner to share my obsession with silver. I am one proud and happy father![IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Only 2 strikes I had today. Both nice ones but ended up releasing them.

Urban ponds not doing so bad

Stocking stuffers made in your choice of colors. They're actually hi end lures. All you have to do is take off th key chain ring and add hooks.starting at $6. Cheaper then Wal-Mart

Last day to fish here in Florida before I head home. Finally got a wind we can use and east wind rather than the 15 mph north west wind off the land. Temp will be back up to 80 and low tide will be at 12:52. I hope the fish are up on the flats and biting.
