Bummer. I've been using the same pair of Winchester waders that cost me $99 brand new since back in 2008. I'm not up to date on waders other than those.
I like my cablea's northern flights. Get the stouts the reg are rather short. I've had mine for 2 seasons and they are holding up rather well. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Cabelas does offer the best selection of durable neoprenes at a decent cost. Not sure about their dry plus breathable ones. They also are good about returns if there is a problem. I am super hard on my waders. I'm lucky to get 3 seasons out of a pair. The best I have bought are the cabelas supermags. Downside if you are hunting warmer climate is they are 1600g thinsulate Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Working on some panels. Should hopefully work good in pastures, waterways, river banks and fence lines. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Since I went to breathable waders I haven't looked back at neoprene. I got a pair of insulated breathable waders for when it gets cold last year from rogers and they are the cats meow! Wing supply has some uninsulated on sale.
Fence was $18/50', conduit was $3.75/10', grass was free and I have a ton of twine strong laying around. So each 5' panel cost me just under $6 each. Little more reasonable than an A frame! Got three done and plan to do for sure 2 more before the weekend. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
That's not bad at all. My buddy and I are looking for a way to conceal ourselves like you are. We've seen similar setups like yours so we will probably make some kind of variation of that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I couldn't really find anything I liked searching online so kind of threw a bunch of ideas together. I have 8" of extra conduit in the bottom to pound into the ground. Works in the yard great but hoping it'll work in all other soils too. Depending what type of field I find for opener I may be giving them a shot this weekend. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Really struggling to get permission this year. I think the number of goose hunters in my area has more than doubled in the last year or two.
OnX maps has been a huge help. Found some sweet public land holes to watch this year. Also how to contact private land owners on some ponds right off major rivers. If you guys aren't using it check it out. I can also get you 20% off the subscription. Just shoot me a PM. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
OnX is nice. I've got plat books for the surrounding counties but nice if a guy gets a ways from home. I got a yes for most of what I've asked this year but every single one has multiple people with permission and I avoid that like the plague. PM sent Oly. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Nice work! I've got absolutely nothing so will be sitting in the pasture tomorrow morning for opener in hopes that something flys by. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Nice opening day JPT. I'm headed out tomorrow hopefully. Going dove hunting this evening. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Running traffic by yourself is tough! I for one can't sound like multiple geese. Shot the only bird that decoyed. Blind worked pretty good, although it wasn't the best situation to use it in today. Going to switch things up tomorrow. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
