For those of us who have hunted over our own dogs. You may want to grab some tissues.

    I killed 14 ducks total.

2 hooded magansers (50yds and dumped both with 1 shot) thought they were woodies.

    10 wood ducks.

    2 hen mallards.

It was an awesome trip. Definitely going again next year.

Thanks, he is my pride and joy. He retrieved 22 out of the 24 birds we shot - 2 of the birds fell on people.

Ive heard a lot of good things about the 3500, I shoot the 3000 and have had nothing but problems this year. Ran good the first two seasons I used it but this year i probably put $100 into repairs on it and still having new issues arise. That gun cost me a lot of birds. I try and take good care of it too! No doubt picking up a new gun this summer, probably something more high end.

I'm trying to find a SB2 NIB. I hear the 3's don't cycle as well and the Browning have lots of issues

I shoot a 3000 and haven't had any issues. It's always in saltwater and freezing conditions. I asked bc I recently changed out the safety button spring and wondered if you wanted the tip. The Safety is way too stiff from the factory.
