Divers that are predominately in the sea. Yeah **** that I won't eat them. Divers that are in fresh water rivers and lakes, Yum.

Hell I won't eat a mallard that was croon the eastern shore.

I actually liked sea duck when cooked right. I sliced in strips, then coated them in mustard then breadcrumbs and fried them up in olive oil. Tasted pretty good. The key was soaking them in milk, I think.

I’ve shot them on the Potomac before but he’s right. They usually just buzz the tower and you gotta be paying attention.

I’ll have to check my phone to see if it’s working. You’ve shot a lot of birds and I haven’t seen any calls

lol... haven't hunted md at all this year. Just been hitting a hot spring I got with my dad. It's either jump shooting or 5 min of birds hitting the decoys. Called those guys in md. And never got a response. Gave up.

That looks good!!!! I would like to try it. How do you do yours? I like to put mine inside a jalapeno with cream cheese wrapped in bacon.

Split the jalapeno in half. Put a slice of mango and duck in it and wrap them in bacon.

I season the duck with garlic and pepper before it gets wrapped.

    Sriracha
    Honey
    Sesame oil
    Sesame seeds
    Garlic powder
    Smoked Paprika (to taste)
    Rice vinegar

You can do equal parts sriracha and honey or more or less of 1 depending on if you like it sweeter or spicier.

Nice work, Dog!!! Haven't been able to get out lately, between being so busy with life and lots of our waters being frozen it's been tough. Having some serious withdrawals! Hopping to get out some this weekend if I can!
