Churches are some of my best spots. Found the shed in my avatar before even making it to the woods last year.

I found my first one today! I think it's from last year but it still counts :-)

Just got back ,but no sheds! Checked a some public land I never been on. Jumped 1 nice 8 pt with full rack and 5 gobblers. Found a buck skull from last winter that had shed already. Still a little early here

Went out this weekend and did some walking. No sheds but I did find some new areas to hunt next year.

Unfortunately when I pulled up to our property I found three garbage bags full of deer parts, looks like our neighbors aren't happy with our presence.

I went out today and kicked up quite a few deer and none had antlers. But didn't find anything either

I was added to this team this morning, so I'm officially checking in.

Have lots of snow here, and I only have a couple bucks still holding onto their headgear. I've got 4 sheds so far.

Alright we got a full team checked in! I asked for another Alt. for one that never showed and now western-wi is on the team.

Has anyone been getting out lately?

I got out a few times mostly looking for bucks, and every property I have been on I find a few. They all still had a full rack, so Im just waiting a few weeks to go back and find the there sheds. Starting to look like a good year. Last year I didn't start finding fresh ones til this week, so its go time for me!

I've been out but only finding deads. Heading out Saturday to walk a lot of new ground with a buddy so hopefully it turns up something. Been hearing they are starting to drop a lot around here so we shall see

As requested, here are some pics of the couple I've found so far this year. I've been out a couple times since I found these but have not come up with anything other than 2 dead turkeys. More snow and snow drifts are not helping....

Nice finds...gotta be hard spotting them with all that snow but at least you can follow their tracks pretty easy

Not sure, he is in the city so it very well could have been hit by a car but as old as he looks it could have been old age.

It always sucks finding that way! I don't know about you, but I much rather find the sheds. Looks like you had a little history with him, so at least you found him and not spending all season look for his sheds.

Wow really cool sheddinva, this makes me want to check the swamp behind my house. I ran a shed trap in my backyard with bungees the last few years but have never had any luck with them leaving their headgear behind. Next few weeks should be really good up here in MI

Yeah he was in a swampy area for sure. I almost walked out a different way and something (God I think) told me to walk around a different trail about 50 yards away.
