All personal preference. I'll take a full body spread ten times out of ten. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
There's no one magic decoy that's for sure. Everyone has its good and bad points. Full bodies take up space and cost a fortune. Silos save space but lack realism when birds are right on top of you. Shells are...shells. Our best luck always came from changing till we found what they liked. Which was usually full bodies and shells mixed and matched to the number of geese in the area Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
We have killed out over 3 dozen silos by themselves though too. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Today is a sad day as the duck season closes. But dont fret young ones. Honker season is still open until early march!! Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
Would be fun to get together with a few guys in some central location of everyone and hook up with a guide (unless people have enough equipment) to hunt snows some year. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
Husband is on his way back as we speak. Just spent the last five days out hunting in Arkansas. Said it was the best hunt he has been on yet. ETA; This was sent to me around 10am yesterday - it was just some of the morning birds.
They hunted four days and recovered 124 (one being banded). They had thousands. I seen a few pictures and videos. They went with Northern Skies Outfitters.
I've heard good things about Northern Skies. Tons of honkers flying over work this morning here in SW MN. No snows.
