    I'm getting better at the game. Making it worse for me though, really makes me want to get out there. It's funny, not a fan of fishing any other time except the winter.

    My go to crappie jig... Usually don't use live bait with it. [​IMG]

    Walleye jigs I use the most. Plain red hook and a minnow on a dead stick + bobber too.

    I definitely would be but I've got a big weekend of family events. Uncle from Utah is here Friday, grandma's 100th birthday Saturday and cousin's birthday Sunday.

    Maybe if it wasn't 9 hours away lol I'm ready to get out though.

    I'm in NW IL so anything within like 4 hours is doable, if anyone in that time frame from Freeport wants to fish let me know.

    Started using them last year and really like them. I got all the ones in the picture above for $7 at the state fair this summer.
