I'm sure you understand that judging a bow is very subjective. It's not about what specs are printed on a piece of paper, it's about what you think when you're holding, drawing and shooting the bow. If we all made purchasing decisions solely based off bow specs there would be a lot of unhappy people out there.

When Wakes start shipping to dealers go shoot one side by side with a Full Throttle then report back. I've shot both and if money wasn't a consideration I know which I'd rather own - sponsor or not.

It definitely is. And what I said was hypothetical and purely based off the specs and having shot the throttle. Loved the chill so like I said I'm sure I'll love the wake too. And I plan on shooting it soon.

Do you guys think the price will drop on the wake in the next few years or lower prices on nexts years models? I want to shoot one but I afford that much

Buy one off maxpetros in 3 months haha. Jk. Ya you'll be able to buy a used one next year for a few hundred off but it will take awhile before you see one under a grand.

Justin you said you would choose the HTR 10/10 times for hunting, is that with or without considering price?

Price not being a consideration I'm still taking the HTR. From the sheer standpoint of shootability and accuracy in every hunting situation it's far and away a superior bow. The NoCam ST technology really is awesome.

    What?

Did you even read his response?

He gets one and has to buy the rest. As most of us suspected. He never had to say a word about the wake, he chose too. He could remain silent if he doesn't like the product.

I would imagine most of us wouldn't trade the work required to get that free bow. I know I turned down a factory spot for that reason.

Hey, i'll shoot one soon and if I like it most likely I'll buy one. Now whether or not I'll sell one depends on if I buy it.

I was referring to you and Nick P who both basically said I didn't know what I was talking about, that he did not get a free bow every year....he just gets discounts. Maybe instead of getting all butthurt when YOU were the one who was wrong, maybe you should have just manned up and said you were wrong and I was right. I've been there, done that sponsor/prostaff crap....I knew exactly what I was talking about right from the beginning. No need to keep calling me out on it.

I never said he didn't get a free bow, I fully suspected he got A free bow.

You made it sound like he was a paid advertiser and got all his stuff free and was paid to advertise, regardless if he liked the product.

Not all staff gets free stuff is all i said and that is true.

I clearly stated in my original response that some do get free stuff, the vast majority do not was all I was saying.

I been around this site long enough to know justin will give his honest opinion on a product and if he doesn't like something from mathews, he's smart enough to keep it to himself.

I gotta say though, this prime impact will be around for a while. I'll definitely add one to the stable this spring but she's staying.

Nothing to do with the discussion... But I find it hilarious that a bunch of grown men are arguing and bickering about certain brands of bows and what the definition of a "pro-staffer" is.

Respect one anothers opinions and understand that some guys prefer a certain bow to another... There is no explanation needed and certainly no argument needed like there has been in this thread. Justin gave a review of what he thought of the bow... Plain and simple.

When did I say that? Reading comprehension must not be your strong suit. Don't put words in my mouth. Read my original post on the subject!
