    3 weeks in....thoughts?

Packers suck. But Rodgers says they will right the ship. The defense has actually been solid the last 2 weeks, its the offense thats stalling.

Colin Kaep shouts "N" word on the field, gets penalized, heard by mulitple people, and continues to deny it. His sleezeball coach continues to back him up just like he did with that other sleezeball McDonald. The 49ers are quickly becoming the most classless team in the NFL.

Saints need to get their **** together.

The defense has looked bad at times but I can see where they are starting to click

only allowed 9pts to the Vikings
defense only allowed 19 against the Browns (Drew's pick 6 was the nail in the coffin)

Surprise has been the offense. I mean, we score on the first 2 drives of the game against the less than stellar Vikings defense then don't score again until the 4th? C'mon!

Should be a good one in Dallas this Sunday night.

    Saints 38
    Dallas 24

Defenses are progressing. Weve had offenses breaking records during the last decade and the defensive coordinators have had enough.

The bears are trying to find their identity on defense with a decent showing against the jets. It will be interesting to see what steps forward or backward the bears defense and the packers offense take this week.

As far as the 49ers becoming the most classless team I think the Ravens are right there with them after all this Ray Rice stuff and that press conference their owner had the other day. The brothers Harbaugh need to take a look in the mirror and decide if this is the path they really want to travel.

Head coaches are very rarely in a position to make personnel decisions. That is normally handled by people who are a GM, President, Owner, etc. Reports have been pointing to John Harbaugh twice recommending to Raven's management to cut Ray Rice after the initial report of abuse but they didn't agree with him.

There are also several reports of that being false. To much hear say in all of this.

Either way this isn't making them look very good even if they didnt have a choice in any of it.

I have a ton of respect and like John Harbaugh. I can't stand Jim Harbaugh.

John is under control and is a solid presence on his team.

    Jim on the other hand.........

Saints have been killing me so far. I had such high hopes before season started that it's been tough to make it through a whole game. Both offense and defense have been asleep for half of every game so far.

I think the niners are done, that ship is sinking.
I was surprised to see brady and the pats do so poorly against the raiders.
    Bucs go 1-15!!

I think the Bucs are going to wish hey never gave so much control to Lovie Smith.

You might be right about the Niners...but people said the same thing last year when they also started with a 1-2 record.

It's not the record that makes me think that, they just have a bad vibe this year.

I think this is sink or swim game for the Cowboys. Will dictate the road they are headed. Same old .500 team or glimmer of hope. Same can be said for the Saints I guess. Early in the season for such a game but they need a win like this to mentally not have the "here we go again" mentality.

Packers offense finally showed up. Now if we could find our 2010 defense.
