Thanks Oly. I'm trying to shoot the Chill'R but my local shop doesn't have it set up yet. Could be my new bow if not a used MR6.

    Love the duel cam power:)

I also shot the creed xs and chill R today along with the hoyt faktor at work.

    Creed Xs,
Put about 30 shots through it, draws smooth and the back wall was solid. Personally I could tell the bow was slower and sluggish it seemed to me (speed doesn't kill shot placement does). One thing I will bring up is mathews this year with the creed XS put plastic spacers in between the limbs and cam, personally I'm not a fan seems cheap to me, should have stayed the route or last years creed. All in all its a great bow but it shot identically the same as my creed. Only difference obviously it the 2 inches shorter ATA and the half inch of brace height.

    Chill R,
Like oly said it was big. It felt bulky and felt bigger than 33 inches ATA, more like 35 inches. The draw to me wasn't awful but it wasn't the smoothest. The back wall on it was spongy to me and she was definitely ready to go very jump. It's definitely a cruiser though! But it had a lot of hand vibe.

    Hoyt faktor 30,
It shot nice! Felt good in the hand and was absolutely dead after the shot. The draw was very consistent all the way back there was no big drop once all the way back. The z5 cam was a big up grade over the RKT cam. What hoyt actually did was bring the z3 cam back revamped with RKT mods. I'm loving the z5 cam because it was the most consistent all the way back out of all three bows. It held very solid and didn't want to jump on you. This bow was also a cruiser by not as fast as the chill R.

So after the season I'm jumping ships and will be shooting the Hoyt Faktor!

All these bows were 29inch DL and at 70 pounds.

All were great bows besides the fact I think you could save a little bit of money and get the 2013 creed over the 2014 creed xs.

These reviews were all personel from me obviously you'll think different maybe but it gives you a idea kinda at least.

I went and shot the chill r.2 arrows was all I needed to be sold on it. It's everything I wish my ballistic was and more. I didn't get to shoot the new creed I will go back when it is less busy and I can shoot the new creed and old creed side by side

Just came home from my anniversary dinner with my wife and I was lucky enough where she let me go and play with the new toys. I ended up shooting the Creed XS just because I am not a fan of the Chill so why even waste time. To me it felt better than the 2013 Creed. It's like Todd mentioned, this bow was designed for me. I love the feel of the bow. Weight is excellent. The shorter A2A was actually more comfortable for me and I was able to draw more poundage because of it therefor allowing me to feel the same speeds as the old Creed. I think this bow was just as fast. There is no big drastic change that I could tell that made the XS feel slower. The bow at my local shop is priced at $899. It's definitely the bow I will be buying.

I had the opportunity to shoot these bows on Tuesday plus the new Mission Blaze. Here are my thoughts

Creedxs-To me actually felt better than last years model. I hated last years model. To me this model has a less exaggerated drop into the valley and just holds better. On the shot it jumps pretty good but once you got some weight on it I doubt it would be bad. All in all I liked it better than the regular Creed but still wouldn't ever think of buying one.

ChillR- I really like the specs on this bow. When I shot it is basically the exact opposite of the Creed. The weight seems more front loaded in the draw cycle and when you get to the back wall you don't have that huge hump just before the valley. Much nicer and smoother than the CreedXS. Now the back wall. MATHEWS PUT A DRAW STOP ON THIS CAM SYSTEM!!! If this had draw stops it would be much better. The wall is very spongy. Really this is the downfall of this bow. On the shot the bow jumps a lot less than the Creed XS and just feels better in hand overall. If this had draw stops I would consider this bow to buy. Until I shot the Mission Blaze anyway.

Mission Blaze-This is the best bow of the three honestly. The draw is the smoothest of the three. It doesn't jump as much as either of the other two. Cam system still needs a draw stop but the back wall is a touch better than the ChillR. All in all the best bow of the three even if it was priced the same I would still say that. Throw in the close to $300 cheaper price tag and you have the best bow Mathews stable this year by a very long shot.

I saw 2013 Creeds and Chills $799. Today at the local Pro Shop. $200. off the current year. They want to move the 2013s out. Mathews was not the only mfg there. PSE and Prime on sale to. There are deals if you hunt, also PSE has a lightning bolt on the way, not a fan yet but it's Fast! Forgot its name. Still happy with the 5 for a few more seasons.

The PSE is called the Full Throttle. 370FPS. I shot one the other day. The rep was in our local store last Friday. Not a bad bow. Draws a lot smoother than you would expect but you have to be on your toes. You let that thing creep the slightest little bit and your not going to hold it back. Not my cup of tea. I like a little forgiveness in there because I'm not a strong guy and sometimes can relax a little too much. Wouldn't own one but the draw really did surprise me. I never shot an Omen that I can remember so I can't compare the too. Really the Full Throttle felt a lot like the CreedXS. Even the shop owner said so. Had that same kind of lump over into the back wall. Valley is non existent on it though.
