    First of all....crick...that arm pic is the worst photoshop job ive ever seen:p

    Second of all....ive been a member on here for a decent amount of time now and would love to meet and hang with you sobs:D.....if anyone in upstate ny is going we could possibly meet up and roll down there

    I would but that's a 28 hour roundtrip...I hope the Navy stations me in Great Lakes then I can make it every year.. DARN IT!!

    Ok let me take back my last comment. Talking to the wife now and I just might be able to make it. It's going to suck driving from Hampton, VA all by myself but If I drove from California to Georgia in 2 days I know I can make it up to Illinois. When do you guys usually head up and set up shop? Trying to figure out the details of the trip. Anyone get up there Thursday of the week of?

    I think Ferg and some other guys usually get up there on Tuesday. I know by Thursday there is plenty of people at camp. I went on Friday this year but I'm thinking about coming up on Thursday instead next year.

    Jfergus gets there really early, like monday/tuesday, think the kansas boys are planning on rolling wednesday, cole(ihunt), TJ(tacklebox), and I think one other was planning on going with them, me and a buddy of mine will be rolling in either wednesday or thursday, and i know several others arrive thursday and a bunch start showing up all day friday.

    There are people that come from georgia and the carolinas. Think the carolina boys have a 13 or 14 hour drive also. You could also always consider flying in and arranging for someone to pick you up in Chicago, know I have seen some people talk about that.

    Yeah I've read some of the threads about last years G2G and seen that Matt and a few others come from the Carolinas and some even from Georgia. If everything works out I plan on being there and setting up shop at the camp ground.

    Because of my surgery over the summer my vacation time is extremely limited this year. I am not sure what my plans will be this time. I am thinking I will head out Tuesday morning early and setup camp but then work that evening and return late that night then take the rest of the week off.
