Thinking of getting the 2013 model really like the 12mp but heard the battery life is not as good as 2012 model. Question is how long will a set last in comparison with the 2012 Red 40?
In video mode they will not last as long which is understandable as keeping the IR's lit during night videos will drain some juice. For pictures they do just as good as the 2012.
I concur with Pat, if on the fence about a Red 40 just do some searches through pictures. All Coverts take great pictures but the Red 40 is saweeet!
