2012 Turkey hunting score card

Pretty straight forward. If you have any questions, just ask!

All entries will be scored using the NWTF scoring system.
NWTF Scoring Sheet

Each hunter gets one bird to be used for their team score. Although, in multiple bird states, the hunter shall be allowed to enter their largest bird for the contest.

Only bow kills will be accepted. The hunter must provide a picture of the full turkey, hunter and bow all in the same frame. No exceptions will be taken.

If you aren't able to score your quarry for whatever reason, identify if your bird as a Hen, Bearded Hen, Jake, or Tom, and you can use this table if you're unable to score: Hens 10 points; Bearded Hens 15 points; Jakes 20 points; and Gobblers 30 points.

Hunters must abide by their states specific turkey hunting regulations in order to enter a bird in this contest. This event is purely for fun so there is no reason whatsoever to have any legal issues.

Got a bird this morning! Double beards 11 1/8" & 6 1/16" and 1" spurs. 23 lbs exactly. Score is 23 + 10 + 10 + 34.375 = 77.375, Team 10

Got one! 1st bow bird. Last day I had to hunt. He's not the biggest bird but man was that fun! Wish someone was with me to share the excitement! ENTERED CONGRATS
14.5+10+12.5+16.5=53.5

 

25 pound bird. Not sure how many ounces. Had to use a fishing lbs scale, but it was easily over 25. Didn't want to guess high so I rounded down. 11 inch beard. 1.125 spur and .5 spur.
