This reminds me of the post years ago from the guy who would videotape his modified truck hitting deer... then he got thrown in jail. Who would have thought?
Before hospitals went with electronic forms/t-sheets the Docs relied on dictation. One of my client hospitals decided to cut out the human dictatationists and went with voice recognition dictation. Seeing as how this is medical terminology and some of the Docs spoke English-as-a-second-language, this made the charts downright hilarious and impossible to decipher. Dx= 'Decay'... Decay? Oh... DKA! Dx= 'Enlarged Basketball' WTF sounds like basketball in the human anatomy?? Needless to say, that didn't last long.
The idea behind this contest was to see who could find the largest road killed buck. All you have to do is spot the dead buck and snap a picture of it.
oh now that makes more since must be the beer I just drank. Never mind this doesn't make since either?
