Well I'm all set. I think I made more noise setting up than a circus but well see what happens.

Spooked two does and two raccoons out if here early. So they're here - just need them to come back.

    Good luck everyone!

Round 4! Been settled in about 10 minutes. Swear I heard a single grunt about 5 minutes ago.

Decided to quiver my lucky arrow in hopes of, holy crap!! I just about let out a big yell. Something just fell onto the back of my neck and then onto the ground. Whatever it was it was small and was squeaking. Not sure if it's hurt/dead or not. I'll check later. Scared te bejesus out of me though!!

Well I'm 0 for 3 this morning. Spooked another doe at first light. Heard something, turned to look and thought "oh that log looks likes deer" then she turned around and trotted back into the corn..

Took a shot on a little doe at 25 yards quartering away. Was a little further back than I wanted but am confident in the shot. Didn't get a complete pass through. Got down after 25 mins and follow the path it ran. Didn't find first blood for about 90-100 yards from my stand so I marked the first blood and am backing out for a few hours. I feel pretty confident in the shot wasn't perfect but it was definitely fatal I believe. Gonna let her sit and pick up the trail after about 4 hours.

Someone hit a deer earlier. Couldn't have been a good shot because I heard it running through the wood bawling.
