This is something I believe in. Support the North American model for wildlife and conservation. Open spaces, clean air and water are beyond value. As hunters and anglers we are the historically biggest stake holder. Keep it that way.

Hoping more and more companies jump on board. It's a great idea for a great cause.

Yea idk why every outdoor store doesn't do this. Walk into firehouse subs and they ask to round up for local firefighters. Millions every year for a question at the end of a transaction for a good cause.

Sounds good but we already pay 11% excise tax on everything hunting or fishing related. It's called the Pittman Robertson act n the taxes are paid at the manufacturers level but that escalates our costs.

Yes most of us are aware of the The Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act of 1937 however as seen by the recent amendments to it and the lack of funding on the state level we know that it isn't enough. And as stakeholder we need to argument it.
When you look at the successes the private organizations have had in conservation and promotion of sportmans interests you will see that it incumbent upon to to act out side of the government as well. And when you consider the amount of profits company's generate from the sale of outdoor products their additional support of conservation is profitable to them as well as wildlife.

In short we can't afford to wait on the government entirely. We need to continue to position ourselves as partners in conservation, garner a great voice and be stronger advocates.

I would support it but with any non profit I want to see what % gets used directly and what % is administrative costs before I support or open my wallet.
