Alright, if you set a date now I will promise to move around my "busy" schedule so all of you can have the privilege of seeing me this year.

    Sounds good?

    I thought so. ;)

I like a good belgian, but so many people automatically think 'blue moon' instead of hoegardden... my belgian is more like hoegardden, I'll make a hefe and maybe try to rip out an american light lager, though pilsner urquel is another i'd like to have a go at...

if I do the lager it'll take more than a couple weeks to be ready... a hefe only takes about 2-3 weeks at most... in fact i'm kegging one later this eve for another party i'm goin to... if I do a lager i'll do it around first of may... give it about 6-8 weeks to ferment/age... maybe I do one of each??? hehe

you got kegging equipment?? or you can collect some empty non-screw top bottles and I've got a bunch of cap I don't use... I'll need about 50ish clean/empty bottles... ya, I can pitch ya a brew... for nov 19th I'd wanna do it about first of october give or take a week, that's about a 6 week brew... lemme know... I should have an oatmeal ready by then I can let ya give 'er a rip to see if that's up your alley

I would just like to note.. since I haven't made it til even 1 of the GTG'ers yet that June is the absolute worst month for me.

Not that it matters.. but it is true.

I might be in the same boat. Ever since the miscarriage in December the wife hasn't gotten pregnant and is now looking at in vitro in a month. This leaves the possibility of one, two or three little ones right around the time of next years GTG.

Yeah, I'm hoping to we can take care of the family on one pregnancy:d The wife isn't getting any younger (38) and with In Vitro we are looking at a good chance of multiples. I also have twins in both sides of my family, my Great Granpa on Dads side was one of 22 kids. I'll know more right around the the time of the rut;)

So does the last week of June sound good? I can't say if I'll be working or not, but I intend on giving JFerus a run for his money on camping out next yr. Any one else gonna go early?

Excellent Todd. You say it, it's golden. Let's run with that date & start spreading the word. Hopefully we'll really get a big turn out. At least people have yr to plan it. And it sounds like a party one night @ Raceway's house, 4 a change of scenery! The little lady won't mind will she?

Umm, not sure. She thinks that I am nuts to be on a forum to begin with and tripled my life insurance this year when I went to meet my new internet buddies:rock:

If we have newborns or she is a few weeks away you will all want to be as far away as possible, hahaha.
