Would these broadheads work well for turkeys? This will be my first year hunting turkeys with a bow so I need some advice.

Sure, I plan on using my BR2's that I shot deer with this year on Turkeys to get another use out of the blades before I sharpen them. Last year I shot my Spring bird with a Rage. Any big head will work. (actually, any BH will work if you put it in the right spot, more damage is the idea though):)

Imo, for turkeys, you don't want them too sharp, but they still have to fly good. As long as they aren't damaged, heads that have been target shot a few times or taken a trip through a deer unharmed, work great. If you can get the arrow to stay in the bird, it's a bonus.

Absolutely they will, this year... I'll be shooting the NAP Spitfire Gobbler Getter. It's designed with a dull point and sharp blades this way they still do the cutting and bird gets all the shock delivered to him instead of through him... Check them out Gobbler Getters
