    Texas here I come...May2020.
Axis deer and a few pigs I hope.
I’m bringing my 30.06 so I can reach out and get something but I’m planning on setting up for an Axis deer and a few piglets with my Matthews.
I’m a city boy and I’ve only taken a couple deer with my bow so ANY tips unique to Axis or piglets is appreciated.
I’m hunting with an outfitter so I’m not too concerned with setup, just broadhead or shot placement recommendations.

    Thanks Y’all.

On a pig with a bow, if you wait for a broadside shot you may end up hitting their hard shoulder plate. I'd wait until they are quartering away so you can get past that shield and bury that Broadhead into their vitals. If that's not an option, head or neck shoot them so they drop in their place. Hopefully you can kill as many as possible lol
