I had been getting some daytime trail cam pics of a really nice main frame 8pt. with lots of stickers around his brow tines and a split G2 on his right side for the last week or so. I waited until the wind was right and decided to slip into my stand on Oct. 5th for an evening hunt. I had 3 does walk right through at about 5pm but no shot opportunity. At about 6:30 I saw movement across the creek bottom and soon realized it was the buck I had been getting pics of on my cameras. He was walking right down the trail just like I had hoped he would. When he got to my shooting lane (about 25 yrds.) I let the arrow fly and the rest is history. I watched him pile up about 70 yrds. from my stand. What a way to start the season......1st sit of the year and one of my hit list bucks is down. I can't say enough about the NAP Killzone broadhead either. That broadhead did some serious damage and the blood trail was awesome. I will be using these broadheads for along time! Hope everyone else is having a good season even though it has just started.
