    I agree! Probably a fighting injury or just genetically not up to snuff or got an infection. That eye looks like a dead ball for sure.

    HOnestly that is a huge key to possibly harvesting this guy! Mature bucks instincts will already make them move certain ways like against or quartering into a wind, and from cover to cover in certain ways...but you take away half a bucks vision he's going to move differently than he would have previously even if slightly. However just that little bit of knowledge could be the difference between figuring out where and when he'll be somewhere with a particular wind, weather front, moon phase and time of year in the food cycle or breeding cycle!
