I think that late July might be better than june due to the GTG on June 27th, also I can maybe sell the idea to my wife.

Whatever each sponsor wants to give. Huntonly.com is doing a lot of advertising for this even though they are out in Maryland. I'll just need help in deferring the cost of putting this on. I have no intentions of making money from this. After its all over, once all the debits are paid if there is money left over, it will be donated to a charity. Either to help with kids with disabilities hunt or disabled veterans hunts.

I am self employed and wouldn't mind helping out If the cost's aren't too much.

Thanks Steve! Like I said before, its up to what each sponsor wants to give. Every sponsor will be listed on the T-shirts given out to the competitors. I am meeting with the president of one of the archery clubs nearby (45 miles away) and he'll be putting the word out to the state committee here. I really want to see this thing take off. I'll keep you advised.

Looks like it'll be the 3rd weekend in July of next year. Getting a lot of interest locally and a little outside the immediate area. Everyone I've talked to has said it's a good idea and sounds like a good time.

Hope you can make it. There are hotels within 20 miles of here if your g-friend wants to come and pay for that. Otherwise, there is plenty of places to pitch a tent and have some fun!

As long as this doesn't coincide with the Bowhunting.com G2G, I think I may show up. Sounds like a lot of fun!

June 15th is the last day to register for the event. On the top of the site it states July 18th & 19th. I know I had the wrong dates in there before, but I am pretty sure I have it corrected now. PM if you still see the incorrect dates somewhere.
