    In rememberance of JMbuckhunter's comment after like the 5th target 2 years ago... "I'm running a quart low"

    I am bringing long sleeves, a thermacell and Listerine. (anybody seen the listerine mosquito repellant trick? it works!)

    Guys, is there going to be an open class stake at the shoot? Anyone else going to shoot open? Buckeye said in years past there were other open class shooters.......

    There were but they both shot the same stakes as everyone else. PM in da woods, fergus (I think they are helping with all of it) or justin and ask if they will have a long stake. If not just shoot the short one.

    Does that mean that we are going to do all the events with the same people? The fun part was being able to watch 30 arrows shoot at one target!! If i get stuck with crick, mobow, RJ, JMbuck and Fergus... I'm gonna need a switch after the 1st event!!! :evil: :evil: :evil:

    here's the basic breakdown for the 3-d event
    * teams of 5-6 people, any age, gender, or hoyt orientation
    * no range finders or target enhancing sights on bows
    * binocs okay to use
    * points on the animals: 0-5-8-10 Zero-miss animal completely, 5-non-vital area, 8-lung, 10-heart or bulls'eye ( we'll try to mark the target to eliminate any confusion)
    * use either traditional or compound, whatever u shoot
    * any other technical questions, ask Justin. He's setting up the 3-d event.

    So this is a team event, or do you mean groups of 5 or 6 on the course at the same time?

    Because we have 4 different events we are just going to break into groups and each group will go to a different event then each group will rotate throughout the day. Because of the number of expected people it would be impossible to have everyone at the same event like we did in the past.

    Were roughly looking at about 25-30 people, and more events than last yr. But don't worry W, if your good enough to take out the rest of your team members, you'll get to shoot against the other team reps and embarass yourself in front of the whole group.

    As long as I shoot with you, I'll only have a couple people to worry about :D

    Well this just sucks. Haven't even hit the road yet and already issues. Had to put up the window to make a phone call and heard a snap! Snapped the tip off one of my fishing poles already. Guess I will be stopping by Cabelas on the way!
