    Guys,

I've been looking for a decent 1pc recurve and havent had much success. I had an old BW 1pc that I sold a year or so ago that I have regretted every since. Loved the big heavy riser it had.

Tyring to find something with a decent size rizer for the added mass. Throw some names out there in case I have over looked one.

That's the million dollar question ;)

I don't know, probably a few hundred. Maybe a little more.

I'd be willing to let the recurve in this picture go since I'm shooting just the longbows for traditional now. It's a beautiful work of art and a sweet shooter but the riser may not be as beefy as you're looking for. It's a Great Bear Archery Uganik 64" and 55# in cocobolo and yew. PM me if you're interested.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I'm checking them all out. There is definitely a shortage of one piece recurves with a decent riser. There a few but new they will cost $600+. I've had my share of $1k bows and I don't really care to go back.

Well guys, I finally found a bow I think I may like. Picked up a Fedora 560 54@29.

I hope it makes it this week! After laying off from trad for a year I'm really getting the bug again. I have only been out 5 or 6 times this year but each time I wished I had my stickbow.

I'm sure I'll get the touch back soon enough. Maybe even get lucky and get a deer.
