So I can start season nice I asked the question, I am at week 4 of my job now working for a company called Sutphen. We build custom fire/ladder trucks for departments all over the country. And going international soon. We just sent our first truck overseas to China and the loved it I guess. But I am a welder so I frame and weld all the cabs you will see on EVERY Sutphen firetruck, this is our 2017 model did I mention I love my job! I actually just started a new job back in May and I can honestly say I hav my dream job, I work for Kinsey’s archery products, the biggest archery distributor in the world. I’m on the dealer sales team so I talk hunting products all day with shops all over the country and world. Chances are all of your local shops buy from us!!!! When I'm not conducting my pimp duties, I manage a 2200 acre ranch along with my 350 acres, I farm ~600 acres and still do a little earth moving construction on the side. I also keep honey bees and soon to own a few head of Red Poll cattle.
I was a dairy farmer most of my life. Retired now, still have the farm, one of my boys crop farms it now. Rocky good luck hunting! Hope it's cooler there, 80's here don't know if I'll go out Sat. or not.
Heading back to NJ tomorrow after work, won’t be able to hunt until Saturday morning though, I’ve hear the acorns are dropping pretty good right now and they’re aren’t any oaks that I have found on the property we hunt. One of my outdoor shops from work gave me a good WMA to try out about 20 minutes south of the property we hunt so the plan is to hunt our spot Saturday morning until 9-10 then go find some oaks on this WMA and set up the climber try to earn that buck!!
