    The snow is melting, the ice is down from 36 to 12".

    Time has come to bump up the hours scouting and shooting. My excitement for the fall is what gets me through the wet, muddy, snowy/rainy, mess that is spring:d

    You could always take up turkey hunting with a bow and the Bow opener would be here alot sooner :d

    Unfortunately we don't have gobblers in my neck of the woods... although, I'm starting to see quite a few 250 miles south near our Cabin between Spooner & Hayward, WI. Someday though.

    Not really sure, I'd guess that its within 11-16" area, but that's just based on the lakes here near Ely. I hear that there were a few areas on Shagwa that were closer to 5". :confused: Be careful on any lake this time of year.
