100 or 125 grain tip

    I shoot a 60 lb bow with a 28 inch draw 400 spine beman ics arrows and i normally shoot 100 grain heads but this year i would like to change to 125 to get a little bit higher foc i was wondering if i would have to change the spine of my arrow or if those arrows would still be fine to shoot thanks for any help

    I dont think you would notice a difference besides the arrows dropping shorter the further you shoot if your gonna shoot 125gr id maybe switch to 320s

    I like my foc around 13 -15%. If you haven't tried the 125s yet, get some field points at that weight and shoot them to see how they work with your arrows and setup. If they hit centered and not off to the right compared to the 100s then you should be ok. Depends on the 125 gn broadhead you choose from there. Long broadheads can weaken spine just like going up in point weight. If you can shoot some practice bhs of the ones you want to get it'll give you the best insight how they'll work for you.
