Still can't believe "foreseeable harm" is how it was worded...okay fine say that is so, the girl's parents sent the girl into forseeable harms way...call CPS. This lawsuit and the idea people even would find it valid is in many ways sicker than the shooting itself. It shows disrespect to those whose children didn't come home that day, those who would give anything to be able to have a child who "suffered just emotional scarring"....also shows the pathetic shape our culture/society is in.
