    Their support of single working mothers, tattoo artist and the luxery car market are all shining examples of over payed under educated god given talented youths giving back to the very community that they so proudly represent. Good point.

    The sad thing is they will probably end up getting something, maybe not that much but something jus to shut them up. These ppl gotta be awesome parents, everyone wonders why the rest of the world thinks our country is a joke.

    Yes, Pinsky says he withdrew it partly because of the death threats he has been getting. He also says that he is not only going after the educational system, but would not elaborate on who else he is going after. Any wagers on whether or not it is Bushmaster?

    Still can't believe "foreseeable harm" is how it was worded...okay fine say that is so, the girl's parents sent the girl into forseeable harms way...call CPS.

    This lawsuit and the idea people even would find it valid is in many ways sicker than the shooting itself. It shows disrespect to those whose children didn't come home that day, those who would give anything to be able to have a child who "suffered just emotional scarring"....also shows the pathetic shape our culture/society is in.
