100 grain 125

    My local bow shop ask me y I’m shooting 125 grain g5 montec with a 340 easton carbon axis they said it was to heavy what do you guys think

    Only way it's to heavy is if it causes your arrows to be underspined. I'm shooting 100gr heads with a 50 grain insert currently, and have some 100 grain inserts that I have played with.

    28in arrow 70Ibs draw weight arrows fly nice and straight for me out to 30 yards before it starts to drop

    Sounds about right.. As long as every thing tunes out just fine dont worry about it
