    Hunt hard and have fun! Seriously, you are making memories everytime you hit the woods, soak it up. Everyone has their own style, carve out your own niche in the bowhunting woods.

    Study the lay of the land
    Pay attention to food sources
    Look for fresh sign when scouting
    Spend as much time in the field

    Don't..
    Call too much
    Make a ton of noise walking in
    Expect to learn everything in a couple years

    Understand that deer travel in ways that tend to keep them safe. Learn to find and hunt the locations that provide them the sense of security yet allow for you to ambush them. Not all places that deer travel are good places for you to kill them.

    Just shoot, shoot, shoot, and shoot somemore. Then you will hit or miss. Just keep shooting! The more the better. Practice at different angles too! If you look at my post tononight, i missed at 31 yds tonight (which i'am comfortable with), at just 10' off the ground. Put yourself in different positions, standing and sitting, in various angles.-good shooting!
